Mailbox performance
Delivery performance broken down by each mailbox provider, sending domain and IP address, whether consumer or business. You will see who is rejecting your mail and why. In addition, if you provide click and open logs, the report will show engagement by provider.
Data quality
Check to see if you have any data quality issues. The report shows whether you are sending to potential spam traps, plus show how many over quota and undeliverable emails you are sending by mailbox provider.
Blacklists
Identify if any of your domains and IPs are listed on blacklists managed by email security companies such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, Cyren and SpamHaus.
How to get your report
We need the following:
- Your Contact details submitted on the form below
- A compressed file (Zip or any other format) containing your SMTP logs (see details below).
Once you have submitted your contact details, we will send you details of your personal SFTP location to send the SMTP logs together, with file format based on your form response to mail sending platform.
Once we receive the files, your report will be ready within 2 working days.
We will delete your files as soon as we have completed the report.
Privacy and Data Protection
We use AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud Platform to provide this service. We adhere to AWS privacy and security best practices to ensure your data is managed in a safe and secure manner.
Our default data protection policy follows the EU GDPR. By default, we will store and process your data in the AWS region where your organization is based. In addition, we will follow any privacy and data protection laws appropriate to your organization.
We delete your data from our system as soon as your report is presented to you.
We do not store or use any personal information such as email addresses that may appear in your data.
Log format
We can process any SMTP log format from most sending platforms.
We need bounce and delivery logs, and if available we will process Open and click logs for the report.
We do not require any personal data. We do need the domain part of an emailaddress (e.g., we need gmail.com in test@gmail.com so that we can map mailbox providers. If your logs contain email addresses, the left part of the email address can be obscured when you create the log file or alternatively they will be removed as part of our automated import process.
